We are pleased to introduce to you our two incredible activities that we have on offer. The 216m high Bloukrans Bungy is what we are most famous for, but we also offer a fantastic softer adventure activity option called the SkyWalk Tour. Perfect for groups, families and FIT’s.

SKYWALK TOUR & HANG OUT ZONE

Bloukrans Bungy is proud to announce our NEWEST activity at the Bloukrans Bridge! As an alternative to the bungy jump, we have introduced Africa’s first and only SkyWalk Tour! This guided tour includes a visit to our museum for the history of bungy jumping and info on the engineering feat to build the bridge, as well as the exhilarating experience of walking on the suspended skywalk bolted below the road surface. Once on the bridge, the highlight of the touris our new Hang Out Zone! We put you into a full body harness, connect you to our safety lines, and let you experience what it feels like to stand on the edge of the bridge and see the awe-inspiring view of the Bloukrans River Gorge below. (This is optional but is certainly recommended!) This is an experience of a lifetime, and ideally suited to those who aren’t quite ready for the jump. This is the BEST spot to watch friends and family who are jumping! The SkyWalk is hosted with the same vibe and professionalism as the bungy experience, and a memorable addition to any tour or day outing. This is perfect for groups, incentives, families and our FIT travellers.

BUNGY JUMP & ZIPLINE

 A life-changing adventure with a 216m high bungy jump from Africa’s highest bridge! The World’s Best Bungy promises the safest adrenalin rush in the most inspiring setting. Bloukrans Bungy has been open since 1997 and we are proud of our 100% safety record and hold 6 Guinness World Record titles, making us the World’s Best Bungy! At 451 meters long and 216 meters high, this stunning arch bridge, the Bloukrans Bridge, is an incredible feat of engineering and a great place to try a bungy jump or our new SkyWalk Tour.
All clients are requested to arrive on site one hour prior to the booked jump time. The bungy jump takes place from the top of the arch of Africa’s biggest bridge. Included in your experience is a zipline ride that gets you out to the jump point. From there, it’s time for your bungy jump. Bloukrans Bungy uses pendulum bungee technology to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable bungy jump possible. Jumpers are secured in a full-body harness combined with an ankle connection. Two more unique experiences happen in order to get you back to land. First, we offer you a winch ride back up to the top of the arch after your jump. Then you get to walk the suspended catwalk back off the bridge. The walkway is bolted to the underside of the road deck 216 meters above the Bloukrans River with spectacular views and a final exposure to the full height of the bridge.

We recommend that you pre book all activities no less than 48 hours in advance, particularly if it is a group booking. This will enable us to plan our day more effectively and to process your jumps/jumpers more timeously.
To avoid disappointment, High Season bookings should be done well in advance to ensure your clients slots are booked.
